Monitor Calibration

In order to view the images on this site your monitor should ideally be set to a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 and the colour quality should be set as high as possible at 32bit or true colour.

Below is a calibration strip with which to check the settings of the brightness and contrast of your monitor.

If your monitor is set correctly you should be able to see all 16 of the different shades of the grey scale above.

If you can only see differences in the darker to mid shades then your monitor brightness is probably set too high.

If you can only see differences in the brighter to mid shades then your monitor brightness is probably set too low.

If you can only see differences in the middle range of shades then your monitor contrast is probably set too high.
